Grid views: tables and matrices
Grid views are ways to view your model through tables and matrices: browse requirements as a spreadsheet, a system hierarchy as a collapsible tree, or the relationships between two sets of elements as a traceability matrix. The cells show live model content, and editable cells write changes back to the model. Grid views appear in the SysMLv2 Views panel alongside the diagram views. Modeler supports these kinds of views:
Table views - present model elements as a spreadsheet, one row per element and one column per aspect such as name, documentation, an attribute value, or a constraint. Editable columns write back to the model.
Hierarchical table views - render the same columns as a collapsible tree that follows the model’s usage nesting.
Matrix views - show relationships between two sets of elements as a grid; each axis is populated independently. Editable presets support adding and removing relationships from the grid.
