Editor
Syside Editor is a free extension that gives Visual Studio Code
(VS Code) SysML v2 language support. Open a .sysml or .kerml file and you get
highlighting, completion, navigation and validation as you type, with nothing to
run by hand. It works the same in VS Code-compatible editors such as
Cursor, Kiro and VSCodium.
Get started:
Install Editor - Install the tool
Write your model - what Editor does for the text as you type: highlighting, completion, navigation, validation
Configuration:
Configure Editor - Where settings live, how config files are discovered and merged, and what takes priority
Settings in syside.toml - Reference for every
syside.tomloptionSettings in the editor - Reference for the
syside.*settings the extension adds
Editor shares its engine with Modeler and Automator, so a model that checks out here checks out there. Not sure which tool you need? Compare them in Which tool does what?.
