merge-node-successions

Available in: SysML

This checks that merge nodes have at least two incoming successions. Otherwise, a merge node can be removed as there is nothing to merge.

Example

action {
    action a;
    action b;

    first [0..1] a then M;
    merge M; // warning: A merge node should have at least two incoming successions
}

Add missing incoming successions:

action {
    action a;
    action b;

    first [0..1] a then M;
    first [0..1] b then M;
    merge M; // ok
}

Options

• lint.merge-node-successions:

  Allows controlling the diagnostic severity, e.g. off to disable it.
